Room Hireage

Step 1. We have multiple room options to hire.  Decide which room best suits your needs or speak with reception or one of the staff at the Ngaruawahia Community House

Step 2. Call 07 824 8340 Ext. 0 to speak with reception and book in direct. Please give sufficient time to ensure the room is not booked at the time and day you are requesting. 

ALTERNATIVELY

Step 2. Email reception@ngacomhouse.org.nz and book in direct. Please give sufficient time to ensure the room is not booked at the time and day you are requesting. 

 

- Ensure to include your Name 

- If this is a meeting, please ensure to include the WHANAU Last Name

- Ensure to include your contact mobile number

- Ensure to include your contact email address

- If you are a business, you will need a Purchase Order/Booking Number

- Ensure you have all extra's requested 

Step 3. Confirmation will be sent back to you in a calendar reminder.  Ensure you ACCEPT to confirm your booking. Should you wish to alter the calendar reminder, please do so directly on the calendar reminder or email reception@ngacomhouse.org.nz
