The Ngaruawahia Community House provide a cellphone recycling service and encourages the community to donate old cellphones as over 95 percent of the materials that make up your mobile phone will be reused.

The Ngaruawahia Community House is an approved Supervised Contact establishment. However, supervised contact must be approved and arranged by Court Order only.

Go-Eco - Kaivolution
A food rescue project — Go-Eco collect food that would otherwise go to waste and support its redistribution across the region. When food waste goes to landfill, not only is the energy which produced the food wasted, but it also creates harmful greenhouse gases as it breaks down, which contributes to our carbon emissions.
Food is then redistribute to organisations throughout the Waikato. Days and times of food redistribution varies - please check our Pataka Kai on a daily basis.
